Why so serious?

Challenge

With the launch of the erotic toys, a new product category was added to the Young Hearts own-brand range, for which Müller provided new space on the drugstore shelves for the first time, far away from the anonymous online trade. An independent brand and packaging appearance was therefore to be developed for the sex toys that would stand out at the POS, with a design concept that would help Young Hearts to be remembered.

Approach

For this product category in particular, it was important to develop a design that conveys fun and self-confidence, breaks down taboos and yet still approaches the customer professionally. The appealing, loud storytelling not only arouses curiosity, but also charmingly conveys the product benefits. The logo we developed, with its double meaning, additionally strengthens the brand in its lively appearance and gives it the brand character and recognition value that was previously missing.
