DHU Schuessler salts offer specially prepared mineral salts of the highest quality for all those who want to take care of their health holistically and sustainably.
As the market leader, DHU Schuessler salts can look back on a long, traditional brand history and a large product portfolio. Over the years, however, the packaging appearance has lost its modernity and no longer seemed up-to-date. As part of a packaging relaunch for the 150th anniversary, we gently developed the existing appearance and eliminated previous weaknesses. In doing so, it was important to us to maintain recognition, especially for long-standing users and specialist recommenders.
As part of the brand modernization, for example, the typography was replaced with a contemporary, easy-to-read Helvetica font and a new, warmer shade of blue was used. The premium character of the product has been retained, but we have dispensed with elements that once had a high-quality appearance, such as the tiny golden ribbon. This small measure alone saves around 3.1 soccer pitches of gold foil per year and makes the packaging more sustainable by eliminating the plastic.
